Our mission is to produce the finest, freshest quality eggs to bring to market.
In order to provide the best quality feed for our hens, sometimes "you have to do it yourself". With that in mind, we farm several thousand acres of crop land to produce the highest quality ingredients for our feed.
Our eggs are quickly gathered, washed, sanitized, packaged and refrigerated. They are then shipped in refrigerated trucks, at a temperature of 45 F or colder, to maintain freshness. The majority of our eggs are on store shelves within 48 to 72 hours of being produced.
In addition to our safe and sanitary processes, we have chosen to also employ the knowledge and expertise of an on-site USDA grader/inspector at each of our egg packaging facilities. The USDA grader provides oversight of our process to inspect our eggs for interior and exterior quality.
We are proud to say both of our egg packing operations have achieved Safe Quality Food (SQF) certification since 2009. The SQF program is a leading, Global Food Safety and Quality certification and management system.
